These terms govern your use of the Roambee website, apps and prepaid eSIM data plans. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
-
1. The service
Roambee is operated by T&T 2026 Ltd (trading as Roambee), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17490180), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles that connect to partner mobile networks in the destinations we list. Voice calls and SMS are not included.
-
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale, or abuse of referral credit.
-
3. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are final: no VAT or other charges are added at checkout. They are shown and charged in the currency you choose (EUR, USD, GBP or CHF); the price shown is the amount you pay. Your bank may add its own fees for converting your card's currency. A plan is a one-off purchase. Auto-renew is off unless you switch it on; when it is on, we buy the same plan again when your data or validity runs out, charge your saved payment method and email you a receipt. You can switch auto-renew off at any time in My eSIMs.
T&T 2026 Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we register, prices shown at checkout will remain the final price you pay.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, processed by Stripe. On my.roambee.io you can also pay in crypto (see below).
-
4. Paying with crypto
Crypto payment is available only on my.roambee.io, not in the mobile apps. We run our own crypto checkout: you pay directly to a wallet address created for your order, and no exchange or payment company holds the money in between. Crypto payments are one-off: auto-renew and saved payment methods are not available with crypto.
We accept USDT (on TRON, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain and Arbitrum One), USDC (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum One and Base), EURC (Ethereum, Solana), BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum, Arbitrum One and Base), SOL (Solana), BNB (BNB Smart Chain), TRX (TRON) and POL (Polygon). Checkout shows the options available at that moment; we may pause a coin or network at any time, for example when we have no current price for it. Some options can have a minimum order amount (for example on Ethereum, where network fees are high); below it, that option cannot be used.
The crypto amount is your order total, converted from the currency you chose at current Binance market prices, plus a crypto fee of 5 %. Checkout shows the fee, the rate and the exact amount before you pay; the amount is rounded up to the coin’s smallest unit we use. The quote is held for 30 minutes.
Send the amount shown, of the coin shown, on the network shown, to the address shown. You pay the network fee for your transaction, so make sure the amount that arrives covers the quote. Your payment counts once it has the number of network confirmations shown on the payment page (currently 6; more blocks on networks with very short blocks, such as BNB Chain, Arbitrum One and Base; on Solana, in a finalised block). Your eSIM is then delivered as with any other payment.
If you send a different coin or token, use a different network, or send to an address from another order, our system will not see the payment and the funds may be lost for good. Contact support with the transaction hash and we will check by hand, but we cannot promise to recover them.
If up to 0.5 % less than the quote arrives, we accept it. If more is missing, your order is put on hold: you can send the difference to the same address and the order completes automatically, or support can complete the order for what arrived or refund it. If more than the quote plus 0.5 % arrives, your order is completed and you can ask support to return the surplus.
If nothing arrives within the quote time (plus a 10-minute grace period), the quote expires and the order is cancelled. A payment that arrives later is not processed automatically: contact support, and we will either deliver the order, if the payment covers it, or refund the payment.
Every crypto refund, including the return of a surplus or of a late or short payment, carries a processing fee of USD 5. It covers the network fee and our handling costs and is deducted from the refund, converted into the refund coin at the current rate; you do not pay anything on top. Refunds are made in the same coin, on the same network, to an address you give us. See "Crypto payments" in the Refund Policy.

5. Validity and usage
Validity starts at the first connection to a partner network in a covered country and ends when the days or the data are used up, whichever comes first. Unused data does not roll over. Plans are for personal use on one device; sharing through hotspot is allowed. Reselling data, running servers or automated traffic, and other use that harms partner networks is not allowed.
-
6. Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. We perform a best-effort check before purchase. Each eSIM profile can be installed once; a transfer to a new device is possible once via support.
-
7. Coverage and speed
We rely on partner networks; coverage and speed vary by location and are not guaranteed. See the Refund Policy for what happens if the eSIM does not connect.
-
8. Referral programme
When someone you invite makes their first purchase, you and they each receive 1 GB of referral credit. Credit is added to one eSIM you choose and follows its validity. Self-referrals, fake accounts and bulk solicitation void the credit.
-
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.
-
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.

11. Changes
The date at the top shows when this version took effect. We will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before a material change takes effect.
